Our branch lobbies will reopen today – Monday, May 4th, 2020.

While our bank lobbies are opening, we’re hopeful that you continue to utilize our digital banking systems and prearranged visits to meet your banking needs whenever possible as we collectively try to reduce the spread of the virus.

When you come in to visit us again, here is what you can expect –

    • First, we ask that if you feel sick or exhibit any signs of illness, please do not enter the building. This is for everyone’s safety.  Contact us to see how we may alternatively assist you.
    • We ask that the appropriate 6’ social distancing measures be followed.
    • You will see that our client service staff will utilize protective Plexiglas shields to keep everyone safe. Some of our employees may also be wearing face masks.
    • Hand sanitizer will be available on the desks of our client service representatives.
    • All of our work stations and all high traffic areas will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected repeatedly through out the day.
    • As well, ATM fees are being automatically refunded through September 30, 2020 to facilitate access to cash while minimizing social interaction.

    • Utilize our digital banking systems to conduct transactions without disruption – make deposits, transfer funds internally and externally, pay bills and review your account history online. Our business clients can also process transactions from anywhere via MapleVirtual.
    • If you have not yet enrolled in Online Banking, do it today. Click here to enroll now – it takes only a few minutes and our Customer Service team is ready to help if you experience any difficulty.  Business clients not currently using MapleVirtual – contact your MapleMark Banker for more information.
