A. If you were not assigned an account number, this means we need some additional time to review your application. We will be in touch within one business day.
B. If you were provided an account number, it means your account was successfully opened. To enjoy all the benefits of your new account, there are just a few more steps:

If funding via ACH, you will receive an email with the subject line “Please Verify Your Bank Account”

Check your Bank account for the trial deposits within 4 days;
Use the link in the email above to “resume” your application process  to verify the amount of the trial deposits;

Click the “Verify Account” link

Enter the amount of the two trial deposits

Visit https://maplemarkbank.com/ and choose Online Banking from the Login drop down menu to enroll for online banking. Select “New User”.
Don’t forget to enroll for eStatements, Bill Pay, External Transfers, Mobile Deposits  and other features to support managing your account online.

If you selected a Debit Card for your checking account, you should receive it in the mail within 10 business days.

If you want checks for your checking account, please call for assistance in ordering.
